She’s back!! We’ll be releasing the second batch of Eeek! on Sunday March 18th at the Mousetrap. Our collaboration with Miller High Life will be available on draft and in 750ml bottles to-go when doors open at 11am.
Eeek! is a blend of our wild acidic and funky mixed cultures together with house lactobacillus that we then set loose on a base High Life (like) wort. After a month of unregulated primary fermentation, we turned on the jackets and lagered Eeek! for an additional three weeks before bottle conditioning with Champagne yeast. Because, obviously.
A note to those who come early to stand in line, this is not a bottle share and you can not drink in line. Please be respectful of our neighbors, who may be sleeping in after hitting it a little too hard on St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
Eeek! will be $20 a 750ml bottle. Limit to be determined on release day.
